IT IS COMPLETED!

do you remember the MODERN GRANNY,  crotchet squares that i was completing?

right back in an early post.

the ones, that my GRANDMOTHER has started.

and i didn't like them as they were. 

cream centre, then red, then grey.

so i added a few more rows around them.

then 

decided it needed some little squares.

all joined up, a few rows of multi coloured wool, in double crotchet stitch around the blanket, then to pull all the colours together, 3 rows of red.

you can see about half the size of the wool blanket.

fits on top of a double bed.

i am thrilled.

GRANDMA would be thrilled.
